This week has been slow in terms of reading. I caught a horrendous cold amidst this coronavirus situation. Thankfully, I don’t have any COVID exposure so I am on the safer side.
Reading has been on a backseat for now, but I want to get back as soon as I can. This WWW Wednesday by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words is really fruitful in tracking my reading progress.

Currently Reading: The Flatshare by Beth O’Leary
I’m reading The Flatshare by Beth O’Leary on the Kindle which I started reading last week. I’m 10% into the book but I couldn’t make much progress with it. Not that book isn’t engaging enough, I’m not able to stick to my schedule for some time. Totally blaming the COVID situation for this.
Recently Read: Death on the Nile by Agatha Christie
Death on the Nile by Agatha Christie successfully makes it’s way to my must-read Christie books. It is a page-turner, rapid read with a mysterious murder and Poirot investigating the case. What else do you need! I rated it 4 stars and will soon post a detailed review.
Next Read: Ghachar Ghochar by Vivek Shanbhag
Ghachar Ghochar means something that is absurd, meaningless, twisted, and entangled within the complexities. Imagine how life used to be before COVID. How we could travel anywhere, have food from anywhere and meet up with friends in groups. Post-COVID, it feels so confusing, nonsense – Ghachar Ghochar, in short.
Having a profound title, I’m expecting a whirlpool of emotions, intertwined with some family drama and no less than a 4 star. *Fingers crossed*

I have read And There Were None and loved it. It was more about mystery right from the beginning.
In Death on the Nile, there is enough story to get one attached to the characters but not enough to actually start caring about them.
Both of them are very different though. I love Poirot’s technique of investigation.
